All returns are at the customer’s own expense & you may be liable for any import fees.

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered in perfect saleable condition with tags attached.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 

If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned. 

To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items: Underwear,Face masks,Personalised products, (unless a manufacturing fault).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.

Please note delivery fees are non-refundable 

FAQs

Where is my returns label?

As a sustainable brand, we do not include any adhesive or printed returns labels or returns paperwork with any of our orders due to environmental impact.

For any returns, please contact our Customer care team at hello@babymori.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will provide you with the information required to return these to MORI.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via live chat or email hello@babymori.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, A picture of the packaging if damaged, torn etc. Along with your order number and we will get back to you.

Do you offer Exchanges?

MORI does offer exchanges however these are limited to customers living in the UK only.

How do I return an item from an order?

Our aim is to provide you with high-quality pieces you love, however we understand sometimes sizing or styles may not be quite right.

To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at hello@babymori.com.

List your order number and the items you would like to return. A member of our Customer Care Team will reply back with the return label or commercial invoice.

Return labels are only free to UK residents (excluding Jersey and Guernsey Islands).

Do you offer international returns?

Free returns are not currently available outside of the UK.

If you wish to return an item, the cost will be at your own expense.
