FAQs
Who does MORI send parcels with?
MORI uses a host of couriers and postal services to try and get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
For the EU, orders are sent either with EVRI road services to the mainland. Deliveries to Iceland, Sweden & Greece are sent with either DHL or UPS.
Where is MORI?
MORI is a UK based company and all orders are shipped to the EU from our UK warehouse
Do I have to pay import duty?
Orders going to full EU member states placed on EU.babymori.com should not be charged duty and VAT.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact our team at hello@babymori.com or on live chat we will try our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched.
It is possible that the warehouse has sealed the parcel but not labelled it as fulfilled at which point we would not be able to cancel the order.
Once the order has been fulfilled and left the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order and this would have to be refused delivery and sent back to MORI.
How can I get free delivery?
To change your delivery address on an order already placed please contact us by emailing hello@babymori.com or via live chat.
Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we can make a change to the delivery address.
If you have an account with us, you can easily update, add or delete the addresses linked to your account.
