MORI x Fortnum & Mason Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Baby Mori Limited (trading as MORI) whose registered office is at 332 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5AD

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://babymori.com/pages/win

4. The winner will be chosen at random on Tuesday 22 August 2017

5. The winner will be notified within 21 days of closing date using the email address supplied. A list detailing the winner is available on request.

6. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of notification, another prize-winner will be drawn and the original prize-winner will forfeit the prize

7. There is no cash alternative.

8. In the event that any part of the prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by items of equal or greater value.

9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. MORI reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw prizes without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

11. MORI's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize includes one MORI Starter Set in your choice of size and colour, a Fortnum & Mason New Arrival Gift box, and £100 to spend at Fortnum & Mason.

14. MORI cannot be held responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries submitted online

15. MORI assumes no responsibility whatsoever for entries that are not received by the deadline. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

16. Although this competition is featured on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook and/or Instagram and/or Twitter from any and all liability associated with this competition.

17. MORI and Fortnum & Mason would like to keep entrants informed of its products and services by email, post and/or telephone if you have opted in on the entry form. 18. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
